New Product Returns:

You have 30 days from the invoice date to request a return authorization (RMA) for returns of new-in-box merchandise. Merchandise for return must be in factory new condition with original packaging and all accessories and manuals. No returns will be accepted without original packaging. Product returns will not be accepted without an approved RMA number. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed. Please note the RMA number on the return label. Freight will not be included in the credit for returned merchandise. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product as well. Refusals are considered a new product return. Freight will not be credited and the partner will be billed for the cost of return freight.


Small Package Defective Returns:

You have 30 days from the invoice date to request a return authorization (RMA) for returns of defective product that was originally shipped via small package (UPS Ground and similar). Product returns will not be accepted without an approved RMA number. A UPS call tag will be issued for product to be returned at our expense. The customer must have the defective item packed and sealed with all original accessories, manuals, and packing materials and boxed in the original manufacturers packaging. No returns will be accepted without original packaging. UPS will make three pick up attempts. If they are not able to make a successful pick-up after three attempts, the retailer will be billed for the cost of the call tag (take from the credit). Product will be inspected once returned to the warehouse. A full credit for product plus freight will be issued after inspection. If the product is found not to be defective, a 15% restock fee will be assessed and the call tag will be taken from the credit.


Defective Products Shipped via LTL:

Defective product such as appliances, televisions, grills and furniture must be serviced in accordance with the manufacturers warranty and are not eligible for return.

Damaged Product Shipped via LTL:

We recommend that customers be encouraged to inspect the shipment prior to signing for delivery. If the box is damaged in any way, the customer should open and inspect the item prior to signing for delivery. If the product is damaged, the shipment should be refused and the damage should be noted on the carriers delivery receipt. If a product is delivered damaged, please follow these guidelines for reporting the damage.

- Retailers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return authorization (RMA) and supply all required documentation for returns of damaged product that was originally shipped via LTL.
- Product returns will not be accepted without an approved RMA number.
- In addition to the online RMA request, please send to returns@doba.com an email including a description of the damage and the following required photographs:
- All four sides of the box, each picture clearly showing one side of the box in full.
- A clear picture or pictures of the damage.
- For televisions, a photo of the serial label on the box AND a photo of the serial tag on the unit.

For returns of damaged LTL shipments, the customer must have all original packaging. No returns will be accepted without original packaging.

After review of the RMA request and all required documentation, we will make a determination of whether we are able to issue a pick up for the product from the customer for a full credit of product plus freight once the product has arrived back in our warehouse. If we are not able to accept a return of damaged product, we are able, at the retailers request, to file a freight claim on the customers behalf. We will file a freight claim on the customers behalf when the customer signs for a shipment as received in good condition on the carriers delivery receipt but there is evidence of clear box damage which has resulted in product damage. We include on all LTL shipments a 5.5 x 8.5 bright pink sticker with the following message:

 ***ATTENTION***

Inspect this box prior to signing for delivery. If the box is damaged in any way, open and inspect the product prior to signing for delivery. If the product is damaged, refuse the shipment and note the damage on the carriers delivery receipt. To ensure timely resolution, all freight refusals must be reported to your place of purchase within 24 business hours of refusal.

All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.

Note: Credit will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back.
